Food Server TD

THE JOB :

AsaFood Server for Room Service, you will contribute tofabulousexperiencesfor all guestswith your welcoming smile and superior service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to createWOWmoments and memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY :

Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome

Service delivery of menu items of every course and both non and alcoholic beverages

Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment

Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations,tablesand Point of Sale (POS) stations

Anticipate the guests’ needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency

Communicate with management,chefsand culinary stafftofulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests or other employees

Perform other job-related duties as requested

The IDEAL CANDIDATE :

At least 21 years of age

Currently has a TAM cardandFood Handler’s Card or the ability to obtain one

Previousexperience, preferably in a high-volume setting

Previousexperience as Door Dash / Uber Eats / Etcis a bonus

Ability to lift at least 25lbs

Ability to work various shiftspossibly includingweekends and holidays
