Your team
As our new Payroll and Benefits Specialist, you’ll be part of the HR Global team. Human Resources attracts, supports, and grows talent at OMP. On top of that, the team develops attractive benefits packages and international mobility programs in the interest of our employees.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications :
- A bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in US payroll.
- Ability to administer employee benefits programs.
- Experience working with multiple vendors.
- An analytical and critical mind with an eye for detail.
- Experience in handling confidential information discreetly.
