Our group drives the ideation, development, and delivery of innovative capabilities and seamlessly connected experiences. The Senior Business Execution Consultant is responsible for supporting the development of eMoney, Planning Calculators and other Understanding and Planning tools and capabilities, including integration with enterprise systems, platforms, and processes. In this role, you will :
As a Product Owner, lead an agile team to help design and develop best-in-class products that support the Advice and Planning framework
Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
Utilize individual reasoning to guide moderate risk deliverables
Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
Collaborate and consult with other Product Owners and Agile teams to deliver a consistent product experience
Partner with Compliance, Legal, Controls, and Risk to ensure that all tools comply with compliance and privacy regulations and policies
Build strong partnerships with business, technology and architecture partners across the enterprise
Required Qualifications :

2+ years of Business Operations or Leadership experience
Experience working with development and development frameworks, especially the Agile framework
Working knowledge of financial management applications and platforms
Working experience with financial planning concepts, such retirement planning, education funding, and wealth transfer
Demonstrated effective experience managing multiple competing priorities and meeting deadlines
Experience proactively partnering with leadership and peers to execute on business objectives
Knowledge and understanding of technology testing : user acceptance testing coordination
Experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements which may include workflows, process maps, or business processes
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
