Your Role & Responsibilities :

As an Immigration Attorney, you will play a vital role in guiding clients through complex immigration matters, including :

Representing clients in court and before government agencies.

Preparing and drafting motions, legal documents, and case strategies.

Handling bond hearings, deportation removals, citizenship, deferred inspections, and appeals.

Negotiating settlements for legal disputes and ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Providing expert legal advice on immigration matters, business transactions, and visa applications.

Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring clear communication throughout their cases.

What Were Looking for :

Licensed to practice law in the U.S. and in good standing.

Experience in immigration law

Familiarity with criminal proceedings, including diversion programs and pre-trial interventions.

Excellent research, drafting, and negotiation skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Ability to build trust with clients and guide them through complex legal issues.

Spanish fluency is a plus!
