Job description

Hiring Manufacturing Operators in Tolleson, AZ

Pay : From $20.00 per hour to $24 per hour

Full-time, direct hire with great benefits

Day and night shifts available (12-hour shifts, compressed schedule)

Shift options :

5 : 45am-5 : 45pm Sun-Tues, every other Wednesday

5 : 45am-5 : 45pm Thurs-Sat, every other Wednesday

5 : 45pm-5 : 45am Sun-Tues, every other Wednesday

5 : 45pm-5 : 45am Thurs-Sat, every other Wednesday

Duties and responsibilities :

  • Operate and monitor machinery involved in the production Including but not limited to, photovoltaic cell manufacturing, soldering, encapsulation, and testing equipment.
  • Monitor production processes, equipment parameters, and environmental conditions to ensure optimal efficiency and adherence to specifications.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment. Participate in safety training sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of safety measures.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing.
