Grow your career as a successful Graphic Designer within ALG Vacations. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing and delivering innovative, on-target solutions for all brand & marketing communications. Develops and understands design strategy to deliver the best possible creative solutions for all types of mediums including digital, and print. Experience in video / animation is a plus. You will also be concepting, executing, and managing digital and print marketing collateral including; ads, brochures, flyers, banner ads, PPT / presentations, POP / posters / signage, social posts, animation, video, etc. Deliverables will be predominantly digital.

  • Must have resume and online portfolio for consideration

A successful Graphic Designer will :

  • Participate in brainstorming and high-level kickoff meetings to understand all objectives and develop innovative solutions.
  • Identify, implement, streamline and maintain efficient processes and procedures that will increase productivity and quality of creative deliverables and enhance the creative services department.
  • Assist in all phases of creative work from concept to production.
  • Create and update online banners, landing pages, emails, print and other media.
  • Produce digital assets and art, according to specs, and optimized for digital delivery.
  • Maintain and ensure visual brand consistency across all channels with strong attention to detail.
  • Organize, maintain and prepare creative assets to distribute to internal teams and vendors.
  • Work collaboratively with all stakeholders in and out of Creative Services to define and deliver the most effective creative solutions.
  • Ensure that each brand is maintained consistently across all relative media and assets are produced at the highest professional standards.
  • Travel outside of the United States as needed.

    • A successful Graphic Designer will have :

  • Degree in Graphic Design or related field or similar work experience (2-4 years preferred).
  • Strong concepting, design and typographic skills.
  • Self-directed and can manage projects from concept to completion.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Proficient in Adobe Create Suite : Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PPT
  • Strong desire to explore new ways of looking at projects with the ability to think "outside the box".
  • Positive attitude and desire to always produce the best creative possible!
