  • As the Director of First Impressions , you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service while contributing to the growth and success of the dealership.

    Responsibilities :

  • Warmly answers the phones, creating a positive and professional first impression.
  • Guide guests to various departments within the dealership, answer questions clearly, and address any concerns with empathy and knowledge.
  • Handle administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area, fostering a positive environment for guests.
  • Qualifications :

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and exceeding guests’ expectations.
  • Positive and friendly demeanor with a genuine passion for customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new technologies.
