We are seeking highly skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Labor and Delivery and Antepartum teams where they will provide specialized care to expectant mothers and newborns during the perinatal period. RNs will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver timely and individualized interventions ensuring optimal outcomes for patients in a dynamic and fastpaced environment. This role involves conducting comprehensive assessments educating patients about their pregnancy and delivery options monitoring maternal and fetal health managing complex labor and delivery situations and implementing protocols to maintain a safe and supportive environment for all individuals in our care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to individuals during labor and delivery as well as antepartum patients conducting thorough assessments and continuous monitoring of maternal and fetal health.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient and support safe delivery outcomes.
  • Adhere to strict safety and infection control protocols to ensure a secure and supportive environment for both patients and staff.
  • Monitor document and communicate patient progress including any significant changes accurately and in realtime to facilitate timely interventions.
  • Prepare manage and operate the necessary medical equipment and supplies relevant to labor delivery and antepartum care.
  • Actively support the healthcare team during critical situations by anticipating needs and providing prompt assistance to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families about labor and delivery processes recovery expectations postpartum care and available resources for ongoing support.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with institutional policies and best practices in labor and delivery care.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records in accordance with healthcare standards and regulations to promote highquality patient care.

Qualifications :

Basic Requirements / Certifications :

  • Must have a valid unrestricted RN license from any US State or territory.
  • Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
  • Minimum of 12 Years of experience in specialty in the last 35 years.
  • Education Required :

    Bachelors degree in nursing or prior experience in a military or government healthcare facility is strongly preferred.

    Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to stand walk lift and bend for extended periods.
  • May be exposed to contagious diseases radiation and highstress environments.
  • Other Special Qualifications :

  • Must be able to read write and speak English to effectively communicate.
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident Card is required.
  • Pass / possess VA Public Trust Clearance.
  • Additional Information :

    Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical financial and / or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicants background experience skills internal equity and alignment with geographical market data.

    Compensation  Min : $45hr        Max : $80hr
