Job description

We're looking for a talented JavaScript Developer to join our team, working on a critical initiative : replacing our current CRM system.

Contract to hire opportunity and onsite in Northwest Houston.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain key features for our next-generation CRM application.
  • Collaborate closely to design, develop, and test features.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented JavaScript code.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and help make technical decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest JavaScript technologies and best practices.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills :

  • Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Solid experience with Angular (as this is the current CRM's tech stack).
  • Demonstrated experience with Next.js 15
  • Understanding of front-end development principles, including responsive design and accessibility.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with other JavaScript frameworks / libraries.
  • Knowledge of UI / UX design principles.
  • Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
