Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Relations Specialist at EssentiaLyfe. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, and effective communication. While the role is based in West Hollywood, CA, some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Support
• Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in customer service or hospitality industry
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of luxury real estate services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

The compensation is $500 per week plus 15% commission from the net revenue and another 3% bonus if reached a certain monthly amount.

You will be provided with leads and we will teach you how to close them.

You will also need to go on showings

First 2 weeks you will work from our office in West Hollywood for training. Then you can choose if you wish to work from home or our office.

Average income can be $5k-$10k per month.
