What You’ll Do
- Program & Operate CNC Mills – Utilize offline CAD / CAM software to machine precision components.
- Design & Build Fixtures – Develop jigs and fixtures to streamline production.
- Optimize Processes – Identify ways to improve quality, efficiency, and throughput.
- Manage Scheduling & Production – Oversee machining schedules and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate & Train – Work closely with engineers and production teams to refine designs and train staff on best practices.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.Proficiency in CNC machining, with strong knowledge of tolerances and GD&T.Expertise in CAD / CAM programming (Fusion 360, Mastercam, or similar).Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation.Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.Why Join Us?
