Job Title : Roadway Design Engineer (Infrastructure team)

Location : Birmingham, Al

Salary : $80k - $120k DOE (+ Bonus)

The Company

A leading firm is seeking a civil engineer with expertise in Roadway design to oversee projects. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the design team to create high-quality engineered plans using Civil3D.

You will be responsible for :

Leading project quantity Take-offs to establish goals, expectations, and deliverables.
Designing roadway drainage systems.
Design of signage required for project construction.
Layout of pavement markings for traffic guidance.
Implementation of erosion control measures to prevent soil displacement.

Your Experience

4+ years of engineering experience.

Experience adapting to different design software.

Experience with OpenRoads or similar Cad software.

Professional Engineer (P.E.) Licenses.
