Now hiring an Administrative Support Coordinator for a production company in Independence.

Weekly pay ranging between $15 - $19 per hour, depending on experience.

The Administrative Support Coordinator provides administrative support to the transportation office team, ensuring smooth operations and assisting with documentation and communication tasks.

Job Duties : ?

  • Provide administrative support to the transportation office team
  • Assist in scanning and uploading BOL’s t the finance team’s folder for claims and chargebacks.
  • Help maintain accurate records and documentation for all orders.
  • Assist in coordinating communication between the transportation office and other departments.
  • Perform data entry and basic reporting tasks.
  • Support the lead and senior coordinators with any additional tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in logistics or transportation.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in office software and data entry.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
