Wound Care Nurse Practitioner - Part-Time

Korzen Health is working with Healogics in regards to adding a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to their Post Acute program in the Clarksville IN market. You will need both a KY and IN license. The position is a mix of postacute Home Visits and outpatient center work. This is a part time position 3 days / week.

Scope of Practice Includes :

This opportunity includes working in our wound care clinic postacute care visits for local SNFs and some home visits. This is a 100% Wound Care position that is procedural based. You need at least 1 year of NP experience with some procedural background. We will provide you with training after which you will be wound care and HBO certified.

• Performing assessment debridement wound dressings skin substitutes and hyperbaric oxygen treatment.
• Treatment of an average of 1015 patients per day with a majority of wound care and less than 5% Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (patient volume varies).
• Our clinic / working hours are generally MondayFriday 8am5pm. No nights no call no weekends.
• Full Team Case Manager Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses Office Manager Front end and back end support. Great Work Flow!
• Treatment of Adult and Geriatric patients
