Hands on experience in network technologies like routing,switching, LAN, WAN, Wireless LAN. Administration of Cisco router, Cisco andArista switch, Access point, Wireless LAN Controller, SolarWinds.Experience in OSPF, EIGRP and BGProuting protocols; QOS, TCP / IP, VLSM and ACLs.Excellent skills having experiencemanaging large and complex enterprise network.Clear understanding of IOS, CATOS,NXOS, EOS.Experience in a large, complexnetwork environment in managing MPLS, IPSec VPN and other WAN technology usingCisco ASR and ISR routers.Experience in a large, complexnetwork environment using Cisco Nexus (7000, 93000, 55xx and 2xxx) and Cisco65xx, 45xx, 3xxx,29XX, Cisco IE-4010-4S24P series switches.Experience in Cisco 8500 series,5500 series Wireless Lan Controller.Experience in configuring VPC,port-channel, HSRP, STP, VLAN,Experience in high severity incidenthandling and escalate to correct time if required.Good to have experience in FortiGateand Cisco Firepower FirewallGood to have experience Cisco ISESNACGood to have experience in F5 BIG IPLTMGood to have ITIL, CCNA or CCNPcertificationRoles& Responsibilities
Provide Network Operations supportin EST hours 8 AM to 5 PM during weekdays. After office hours and weekendrotational on-call support.Follow Incident, change, problemrequest and service request management process with 100 % compliance to agreedstandards, Meet Client SLAs.Responsive to all the communication.With our services give good experience to our client and achieve 100 % customersatisfaction.Learn new technologies as needed andstart supporting them.Provide technical support andanalysis, operation, administration, and troubleshooting activities- Adhere andadvocate change management policies, incident management and trouble responsescenarios.Lead, facilitate, and coordinatework activities of others within the work group, team, or department- Preparetechnical documentation including procedures, manuals, reports and standards.Exhibit, problem solving,troubleshooting, resolution, communication, and customer service skills.Apply patches or Code Upgrade as perCustomer recommendation.Configure, manage, and operate theNetwork Environment and the Network Services incorporating redundancy as perthe guidance provided by Customer Network Design & Architecture team.Assist, in accordance with SLA, inresolving Incidents and completing Tasks associated with Network equipment andNetwork Services software by coordinating with Field Operation team foron-premises break / fix support as necessary.Follows policies, practices,procedures, standards, and company rules relative to assignments; complies withregulations and procedures required by external agencies.Analyze network performance,troubleshoot when necessary, and provide resolutions to technical problems.Review and evaluate the impact ofthe Network Services, particularly Changes in the Network Environment, on theother IT Functions and other Customer IT Environment Providers.GenericManagerial Skills Must be able to clearlyinteract with customers, understand the customer’s requirements and be able topresent solutions to customers. Interact with team lead and other team membersto improve support quality.
Education Goodto have graduation and network certificationlike CCNA / CCNP
