Hiring Bonus : $1,500
Your Impact Will Include :
- Support Talent Acquisition Success : Partner with the recruitment specialist. Post jobs, identify promising candidates, conduct thorough reference verifications, and represent HopeWell's mission at job fairs and recruiting events
- Advance Technology, Data Integrity & Compliance : Maintain personnel records via HRIS. Conduct regular audits and updates. Support data management and reporting. Maintain and update the HR Connector with timely accurate information for employees.
- Craft Exceptional First Impressions : Orchestrate seamless onboarding experiences by creating personalized welcome materials, conducting engaging orientation sessions, and ensuring perfect compliance with employment verification requirements while maintaining impeccable I-9 documentation.
- Bridge Communication Across Teams : Build strong relationships with department leaders to effectively share critical updates, gather insights, and ensure information flows smoothly throughout the organization.
- Support Employee Leave Programs : Administer comprehensive leave tracking systems for medical, parental ensuring compliance with policies while supporting employees through important life transitions.
- Serve as HR Concierge : Provide prompt, knowledgeable responses to employee inquiries about benefits, policies, and workplace concerns, offering resourceful solutions and connecting team members with appropriate internal resources
- Support HR Programming : Coordinate our bonus, training assistance, employee experience, performance management programs and all other programming, ensuring seamless administration.
- Orchestrate HR Operations Excellence : Seamlessly manage essential administrative functions including managing HRIS software, coordinating complex meeting schedules across departments, creating presentations and data management, monitoring budget allocations and expenditures, and proactively handling time-sensitive administrative tasks to keep HR initiatives running smoothly.
- Keep up to date on current issues and matters related to the HR department.

5+ years of HR experience where you've developed both technical expertise and people skillsA talent for bringing order to complexity with your exceptional organizational abilitiesStrong communication skills (verbal and written) that make complex information clear and accessibleTakes initiative, consistently identify needs before they become challenges, take ownership of solutions without waiting for direction, and actively pursue innovations that elevate team performance and organizational effectivenessA detective's eye for detail combined with a problem-solver's mindsetDemonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills that allow you to establish authentic connections, earn credibility, and cultivate meaningful relationships across all levels of the organization, becoming a trusted resource for employees at every stage of their journeyExhibit unwavering discretion and ethical judgment when handling sensitive information, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism while balancing transparency with privacy protectionBring a genuine commitment to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace cultureProficiency with ADP and MS Office applications, specifically SharePointSolid understanding of HR regulations and best practicesBachelor's degree in HR or related field (preferred)Recruitment experience (preferred)Benefits
