Job description

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney with 5 years of experience to join our client's dedicated legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law , including handling divorce, child custody, spousal support, property division, and other domestic relations matters.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and support matters.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and agreements related to family law proceedings.
  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on complex family law issues.
  • Advocate for clients in mediation, negotiations, and courtroom litigation in family law cases.
  • Manage a caseload of family law matters from intake to resolution.
  • Work closely with clients to provide compassionate and effective representation in family law disputes.

Qualifications :

  • 5 years of experience practicing family law .
  • Strong litigation and negotiation skills in family law cases.
  • Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state.
