Job Title : Temporary Commercial Real Estate Attorney
Location : Strong preference for candidates in the Seattle area, but not required. If located in Seattle, occasional in-office presence is preferred.
Requirements :
Must be licensed and residing in a state where we have an office (AZ,CA,CO,DC (District of Columbia), FL, IL, MA,NY, OR, PA, TX, WA). Licensure and residence must be the same state.
- 4-5 years of solid real estate experience, with a focus solely on commercial real estate.
- Experience with construction contracting and real estate development is preferred.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing leases and purchase and sale agreements.
- Familiarity with standard real estate terms.
- Comfortable with technology.
