Client in West Los Angeles is seeking two (2) Sales Representatives to work onsite

Location : West Los Angeles, CA

Remote or In Office : In Office

Hours : M-F 8am-5pm

Parking Details : parking is provided

Job Title : Sales Representative

Pay : $20 / hr - $25 / hr (+ opportunity for commissions)

Duration : temp-to-hire

Job description : This entry-level role is ideal for a hungry, driven individual looking to grow in healthcare sales. The right candidate will have a strong ability to build relationships, generate business, and develop their own book of clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Client Outreach & Relationship Building - Visit medical offices, senior care facilities, and community organizations to establish and nurture business relationships.
  • Sales & Lead Generation - Actively seek out new clients and referral sources to drive business growth.
  • Scheduling & Coordination - Assist in scheduling care services for clients and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Field Visits & Business Development - Engage in both office-based and in-the-field sales efforts to attract new clientele.
  • Trust & Credibility - Become a trusted resource in the healthcare community by demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Medical Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Healthcare experience preferred but not required (e.g., Medical Assistant, CNA, or experience working in a hospital / medical setting).
  • Driven, ambitious, and eager to learn.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills - personable, professional, and able to engage with clients and partners effectively.
  • Highly disciplined and self-motivated, with the ability to manage their time and responsibilities efficiently.
