We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, product information, and resolving any issues they may have. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate product information and service details to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain customer records and document interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Assist in onboarding new customers and provide training on products and services.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Benefits
