What are your responsibilities?

The Hospital Manager will work closely with our Medical Director and multi-doctor DVM team to help lead the day-to-day operations of the practice.

• Personnel management : hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews
• Monitoring finances : hospital metrics, payroll, benefits enrollment
• Scheduling : monitoring hospital flow and daily assignments
• Client communication, education, and dispute management
• Supervising inventory, facility, maintenance, and equipment needs
• Assisting on the floor when needed
