Job description

Job Summary : Seeking an IT Technician to provide hands-on technical support, diagnose and resolve issues, and maintain our tech infrastructure. Proactive problem solver with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide tech assistance via various channels.
  • Diagnose hardware and software issues.
  • Install, upgrade computer hardware and software.
  • Set up, maintain network, and server equipment.
  • Assist with user accounts and permissions.
  • Collaborate on projects and maintenance.
  • Monitor system performance, perform maintenance.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies.
  • Contribute to process improvement.

Qualifications :

  • Associate degree in IT or related field.
  • Proven IT Technician experience.
  • Strong hardware, software understanding.
  • Familiar with Windows, macOS, Linux.
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication.
  • A+ or similar certification a plus.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365 desirable.
