We’re looking for a motivated and professional Buyer’s Agent to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you’ll guide clients through the entire home-buying process—from reaching out to pre-qualified leads to showing homes, negotiating deals, and closing the sale. As the primary point of contact for buyers, you’ll ensure they have an exceptional experience every step of the way.

Compensation :

80,000 - $160,000 at plan

Responsibilities :

  • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
  • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
  • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
  • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
  • Follow the team plan

Qualifications :

  • An established track record of successful real estate sales
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Real estate license required
