Position Overview :
Are you ready to lead teams in creating user experiences that matter? Care.com is looking for a world-class Director of Product Design to lead our Growth design team, focused on creating market-leading top-of-funnel experiences for our members. The ideal person will be passionate about user experience and visual design with an ability to lead teams through ambiguity and realize product experiences for our desktop, mobile web, iOS, and Android applications.
Note : This position is hybrid (Mon / Wed / Thurs in office) based in one of the following cities : Austin, TX, Dallas, TX, New York, NY, or Salt Lake City, UT.

Salary Range : $180,000-$225,000 + 15% annual bonus
The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors including work location, experience, and performance.
