Key responsibilities of this position

The Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A will contribute to Nellis' overall success by ensuring that finance drives excellent financial controls and insights to impact the business. This role will assist the month-end financial review process, budgeting / forecasting and business insights. This position will report directly to the Director of FP&A and will support

the CFO / other senior leaders in a pivotal role for Nellis’ exponential growth.

  • Drive month-end financial review process including management reporting and P&L insights
  • Assist in annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes
  • Perform variance analysis and generate data insights to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial and operational performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various business initiatives and projects

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance or related roles
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills including data visualization
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and business operations
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex data and present findings clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences

  • Strong attention to detail / accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to be a team player and to develop into a manager / leader of people in future roles
