Training Coordinator
Summary
The National Board of Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspectors (NBBI) is seeking an exceptional, self-motivated, and versatile Training Coordinator to work on-site in Columbus, OH. The hours for this position are from 7 : 30am to 3 : 30pm. This person will be responsible for coordinating and organizing educational material and support documents for instructor-led training; manages classroom set-up and provides support to instructors; and provides administrative support on programs and projects specific to the Training department. Someone with excellent problem solving and good judgment skills and the ability to think and plan ahead to handle multiple concurrent requests appropriately and manage time effectively. This role requires attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and integrity and professionalism in interactions with others.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates production of all educational material used for instructor-led training, both in-person and virtual.
Prepares and organizes classrooms
