Job Description
The Facility Protection Associate Manager's responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Oversight of Security Force day to day operation; to include Flight line, Security Control Center and daily security activities.
Develop Security Forces posting staffing for daily operations, executive level events, and increased Force Protection Conditions.
Shift training requirements for the Security Force.
Develop and implement emergency drills to exercise the Security Force and conduct After Action Reviews.
Ensure Standard Operating Procedures and call lists are updated and current.
Review physical security risk assessments and vulnerability analysis to identify needed policies, procedures, and resources to detect, control and mitigate identified risk.
Budget preparation, projections, and analysis.
Oversee control of expenditures for the Department.
Maintain inventory of serviceable security equipment to include computers, weapons and patrol vehicles.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, and external contacts as required. Provide subject matter expert advice to senior leaders for physical security capabilities.

A level 4 employee Typically has 9 - 15 years of professional experience.

Bachelor Degree
Civilian Law Enforcement and / or Military Police experience
Formal Anti-Terrorism / Force Protection experience
