    We are seeking a young ambitus Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overall excellent customer service, the restaurant's operational performance, and working with the owner. You will train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant's high standards. The ideal candidate is a smart, driven leader, willing to grow professionally and be part of a successful restaurant.

    Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant
  • Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews
  • Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
  • Create and maintain a food and beverage budget
  • Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
  • Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management
  • Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events
  • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma / GED
  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
  • Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
  • Excellent management and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Compensation : $59,000.00 - $70,100.00 per year

    Renowned restaurateur Marco Betti, owner of Antica Posta Tuscan Restaurant & Bar, and Sauce Buckhead Pizza Bar, has just opened this new venture. The Tuscan native will focus on healthy, family-style meals. The name is meant to evoke a place of love where everyone can feel welcome. Bar Ti Amo is for lovers of Italian cuisine, offering meals all day, from breakfast to late night.

    Who We Are

    Marco Betti grew up in Reggello in the Tuscan hills just outside Florence, working in the family butchershop with his father, Silvano, and at the apron of their mother, Rosanna. Since first opening Antico Posta in 1999, Betti has been bringing Atlantans a pure and authentic taste of Tuscany. With Bar Ti Amo, he's invested in updating his style to a modern taste with the goal of creating a place people can come anytime day or night.
