Job description

About our Agency

With four years in business and 18 years of experience with State Farm, I lead a small but growing team that currently includes two others, and we’re looking to expand to 4-5 team members. Our perks include a 401k, short-term disability, life insurance, paid time off, and sick leave, with plans to add health insurance by the year’s end. Our culture is all about “work hard, play hard”—we enjoy a drama-free environment where everyone supports each other, covers when needed, and has fun along the way.

We’re a unique group; two of us are working moms, and I bring 14 years of claims experience from the Catastrophe Team, having worked in over 20 states. Plus, we’re all Nebraska natives! If you’re ready to join a dedicated, supportive team, we’d love to meet you!
