TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

Electro-Mech's Customer Service department provides support for pretty much everyone from our customers and potential customers to other departments within the company.

We assist with sales, shipping, repair, and production.

But the primary mission is to provide technical support to people who purchase, install, service, or use our equipment.

Some days, this boils down to taking lots of phone calls from people who are trying to fix our products in the field.

At times when phone calls are lighter, we expect our Customer Service Reps to stay busy following up with customer cases and orders, assisting with projects both inside and outside the department, training to better understand and improve our products as well as our internal systems, and, occasionally, visiting our customers to provide onsite service.
