Job Overview :

Essentially this role will be managing a small portfolio within the company. This position collaborates with other teams with in the organization, giving this individual exposure to different aspects of the company

Requirements

4 years degree, ideally business related
Excellent communication / customer service skills
Go-getter” attitude with the willingness to learn

Responsibilities

Recording new loans and customers in the Company's loan servicing system (WSO)

Processing originations, participations / syndications for member loans and acting as agent for re-syndicated loans

Processing the receipt and distribution of loan principal and interest payments, unused line fees, and L / C fees in WSO

Generating and sending loan transaction notices to customers

Ensuring that the Company's back-up servicer receives monthly loan portfolio updates

Respond to servicing related question from customers.
