Position Summary : As the Learning Operations Intern your focus will be on learning project management and technology administration, with a concentration on Learning & Development initiatives and learning tools. You will support the implementation of the new learning management platform, including assisting with data administration and testing, documentation, and change management support.
You will support the Senior Manager of Learning Operations, building your experience in administration, project management and learning systems as well as in creating processes, conventions and standards within L&D Operations.
The Internship Program will begin on May 28th, 2025 and end on August 6th, 2025.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and rollout of RPM Living’s learning management system, supporting the migration and testing of historical records and learning content.
- Assist with documentation of best practices, governance, and change management protocol for the learning management system.
- Support project implementation and configuration efforts for the new learning management system with Learning & Development department, IT, Communications, and Operations.
- Follow the team’s agile project management framework for planning, tracking, and sharing project tasks and progress.
Qualifications
Education & Experience :
Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or universityMust be available for the duration of the program; May 28th - August, 6th 2025Interest in Learning & Development and / or learning technology field
Background or interest in project management
Proficient in Excel and Word
Detail-oriented with strong ability to monitor and audit data
Ability to write and maintain policy and procedure documentation
Interest in learning how to build collaborative partnerships in dispersed environments
