Job Overview

Seeking a dynamic Family Nurse Practitioner to join its thriving team. This role involves providing comprehensive age-appropriate medical care, general health counseling, diagnosis, treatment, consultation, and follow-up for health center patients of all age groups. Participate as a patient-centered medical home team member within the health center. Function as an educational resource to patients, the health center, students, and the Community.
