Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney

Sherin and Lodgen is actively seeking a Commercial Finance Associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join its fast-paced finance practice.

Significant experience in representing lenders in commercial and industrial, asset-based, commercial real estate, and / or renewable energy finance transactions, including drafting and negotiating loan documents, reviewing due diligence materials, and coordinating closings. Strong drafting ability, attention to detail, and ability to handle an active caseload are essential. Some commercial real estate experience is preferred.
