Customer Care Representative
Hutchinson Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, a dynamic, rapidly-growing HVAC and Plumbing company, is growing again! We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Representative to join our team at our Cherry Hill, NJ location.

POSITION SUMMARY
Provide administrative and customer support for the company's client contracts, including : selling, preparing, and renewing annual contracts; processing contract payments; client retention; tracking contract data; and keeping customers updated on new processes and promotions.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Obtain customers' names, addresses, and billing information, and enter this information on contract forms.
- Prepare invoices and contracts.
- Inform customers by mail, email, or telephone about contract information and promotions.
- Verify customer and contract information for correctness, checking it against previously obtained information as necessary.
- Review contracts for correctness and completion, and work with customers and other team members to make corrections as needed.
- Make outbound calls to sell and renew customer contracts.
- Contact customers who have indicated they wish to cancel their contracts to discuss concerns and attempt to retain.
- Collect, process, batch, and export payments for contracts.
- Maintain reports tracking the data on renewal rates and other key performance indicators related to customer contracts.
- Assisting with projects to improve the contract program.
- Assists Dispatch with inbound and outbound customer calls as needed.
- Additional duties as assigned.
