Job Summary

Automotive Detailer at John Sinclair Nissan is a full-time hourly skilled labor position in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. The Detailer will be responsible for polishing, waxing, and detailing both new and used cars in order to maintain the performance and appearance of all automobiles sold or traded at the dealership. Responsibilities

  • Polish, wax, and detail both new and used cars and automobiles prior to delivery or trade-in
  • Wash, clean, and vacuum interiors and exteriors of the automobiles
  • Handle minor repairs or adjustments when necessary to maintain the performance and appearance
  • Perform regular inspections and troubleshoot any issues or damage to the automobiles
  • Ensure all standards and regulations are met
  • Monitor inventory and restock supplies as necessary

    • Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Working knowledge of standard cleaning supplies and materials
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems and processes
  • Ability to lift, lower, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs.
