Job descriptionBe actively engaged on construction sites and in-office, testing of construction materials in the field, in order to verify conformance to the applicable codes, project plans and specifications Travel throughout North Carolina to provide testing on construction materials Utilize a tablet and MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook NCDOT Certifications ICC Special Inspector Certifications (Concrete, Masonry, Soils, etc.) NICET Levels 1-3 (soil, asphalt, concrete)
Must Have :
- 1 year of specific experience in materials testing
- Must be willing to travel throughout North Carolina
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
- General knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Required Certifications :
- ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade I
- Nuclear Gauge / Troxler
