Key Responsibilities :

Conduct routine laboratory tests on blood, urine, and tissue samples.
Prepare and handle specimens according to established protocols.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
Record and report test results accurately.
Perform quality control checks to ensure test reliability.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications :

Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field

Certification by a recognized accrediting agency (e.g., ASCP, AMT)

Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures, equipment, and protocols

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

Flexibility with 8-hour or 12-hour day / mid shift schedules
