Executive Assistant to the CEO Location : Anchorage, Alaska Reports to : President & CEO Employment Type :  Part-time to Full-time Overview : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer with administrative and logistical tasks. Key responsibilities include managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and overseeing various administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of executive support experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Key Responsibilities : Schedule & Time Management : Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and events while ensuring time is allocated for high-impact activities, breaks, meals, and personal needs. Continuously adjust priorities, monitor deadlines, and communicate changes to maintain productivity. Prioritization & Delegation : Identify critical tasks, follow up on high-priority items, and delegate non-essential tasks. Administrative Support : Oversee emails, reports, presentations, deadlines, and general administrative duties. Strategic Problem-Solving : Provide creative solutions to challenges and continuously optimize the CEO’s efficiency. Gatekeeping : Act as a primary contact, managing email, calendars, and communications while addressing urgent needs. Adaptability : Adjust priorities as schedules change and communicate updates to stakeholders. Requirements : 3-4 years of executive support experience. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Discretion with sensitive information and alignment with organizational values. Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines, and work independently or within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
