BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST

Talent Space, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a contact to hire opportunity in Irvine!

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with expertise in data analytics, reporting, and system integration to support our organization's business intelligence and operational needs. This role involves analyzing process flows, managing data-driven solutions, and working with Epic and Clarity databases to generate actionable insights. The ideal candidate must be proficient in writing SQL queries, integrating data across systems, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve business operations through data-driven decision-making. This position requires working onsite in Irvine, CA

Key Responsibilities :

• G enerate custom reports and dashboards to support decision-making using BI tools and reporting platforms.
• Analyze, design, and improve data workflows, reporting structures, and business process flows.
• Work with Epic Clarity data models to ensure accurate and efficient data extraction and reporting.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from Epic and Clarity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting to maintain data consistency and functionality.
• Identify data integration opportunities and implement solutions for seamless data exchange between systems.
• Perform gap analysis and process mapping to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Provide training and support to end-users on data reporting tools and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills :

Strong SQL skills, including query writing, optimization, and performance tuning.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
