Here's an example. The average brake pad and rotor sale takes less than one hour and pays the tech $68 to $75.  How many one-hour jobs like that can you finish in one day? Calipers, pads, and rotors per axle... that's $135 per hour. Or a catalytic converter at least $72. There is no limit and it pays much better than flat rate.
