Job Overview

The Senior Manager, Claims Compliance position is responsible for oversight of the Claims Auditing Unit and Compliance Unit. This position is also responsible to work with Claims Management in the review of Health Plan Audits and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), preparation of error reports for tracking and trending areas needing remediation, distribution of workload to the examiners based on the need to maintain compliance. The Claims Auditor-Compliance Manager will work with Claims Management for areas needing process improvement and act as a resource of information to all staff.

Minimum Requirements

1. High School Diploma or GED required.

2. Minimum of 6 years of claims processing experience required.

3. Must be knowledgeable of Medi-Cal, Medicare, and Commercial rules and regulations.

4. Previous training experience.

Compensation

90,649.23 - $113,311.54 annually
