Responsibilities :
Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students (PreK-12).Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and special education staff.Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups.Collaborate with educators and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.Maintain accurate records of student progress and comply with Minnesota state regulations and school district policies.Conduct screenings and evaluations as required.Provide training and consultation for teachers and parents on speech and language development.Stay current with best practices and professional development in the field of speech-language pathology.Qualifications :
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) Speech-Language Pathologist License.Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (preferred).Experience working in a school setting (preferred).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
