About the Role : We are currently hiring Community Inclusion Professionals to work 100% in the community in beautiful, sunny San Diego. Providing direct, culturally appropriate support to individuals using person-centered approaches.Motivating and supporting individuals to reach their goals and objectives.Facilitating meaningful activities based on individual interests, preferences, and choices.Identifying and facilitating job, training, volunteer, or other community activities for program participants.Completing electronic documentation before the end of each shift.What You Need to Succeed :
High school diploma or GED.Valid CA Driver’s License with a clean driving record.Immediate access to a vehicle with working seatbelts for transporting participants.Comfort driving a full-size van with multiple passengers.Ability to lift 50 lbs and move up to 75 lbs.High comfort level using multiple computer / mobile device programs.Bonus Points If You :
Have 6+ months of hands-on experience with persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities.Are multilingual (English, Spanish, Tagalog).Have experience with electronic case management systems (, Therap).Have experience with individual service plans (goal development).Ready to make a difference?
