Who we are : Pelsue is the industry leader in manufacturing worker safety products and vehicles for the telephone, utility, and construction industries. We also build a range of specialty vehicles and trailers, including Mobile Medical Clinics and Satellite Communication Trailers among many others. We operate out of a 94,000-sf facility in Aurora and employ approximately 100 team members.
Who you are : The Human Resources Manager is responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related to Pelsue's employees. This includes strategic planning, conducting interviews and fostering a productive work environment and working with the company leadership to develop strategies to drive employee growth and opportunity. You are the sole Human Resources professional for the organization and are part of the leadership team.

POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m or an acceptable and agreed upon schedule that closely fits the needs of the company. This position is expected to work at the Pelsue office.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, LANGUAGE, AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or equivalent discipline is required. SPHR / PHR or SHRM-SCP / SHRM-CP certification(s) are not required but encouraged. At least 2 years in human resources in a manufacturing facility is required.
