Client Success Manager

Your Role : As a Client Success Manager, you will nurture existing client relationships while developing new business. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, ensures customer satisfaction, and contributes to our collective success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and engage prospective clients using strategies like internet research, referrals, and networking.
• Build and close relationships with new clients through various channels, including cold calling and tradeshows.
• Work closely with senior leadership to expand relationships with existing clients and explore upselling opportunities.
• Proactively address and resolve challenges to enhance our business development strategies.
• Negotiate terms and ensure clarity regarding our services and rates with clients.
• Educate clients on the translation process and TransPerfect’s unique value.
• Collaborate with the production team to deliver high-quality services that exceed client expectations.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to gauge satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Stay informed about industry trends, key players, and relevant news affecting our clients.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as needed.
