Product Liability / Medical Devices Associate

Our client, a large mid-market full-service firm is seeking an Associate in its Mass Torts team in multiple locations. This firm gives BigLaw quality work without the BigLaw hours targets. Strong candidates will have between two and four years of experience from a strong litigation team at another law firm, or from a pharmaceutical or medical device company.

This position will focus on matters related to pharmaceutical and medical device products. Preferred candidates will have familiarity with Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. There will be the opportunity to work on appellate court cases.

Big work didn’t necessarily mean big hours. Up to hours of pro bono and 50 hours of DE&I activity can be credited toward the firm’s 1, billable hours.
