Job descriptionLead team efforts in developing risk-based asset maintenance plans that include value-added preventative maintenance tasks, predictive, condition-based, and remote monitoring opportunities to mitigate reliability risks. Develop, facilitate, and lead Reliability Training Programs for internal and external customers. Develop, facilitate, and lead PPM Training Programs for internal and external customers, machine operators, and maintenance personnel. Utilize standard engineering practices to assess equipment operational and reliability risks using tools such as FMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, Value Stream Mapping, Relationship Modeling, and Lean Systems Analysis . Provide technical management and support for the development of the facility’s equipment hierarchy . Provide leadership for statistical methods to analyze asset failure data to determine adjustments in MRO inventory, planned maintenance frequencies, and equipment design . Use statistical methods and reliability modeling to determine optimized equipment maintenance strategies based on cost of process downtime, direct maintenance costs, MTBF, MTTR, EHS, safety , and other key metrics. Oversee maintenance tasks to mitigate equipment failure risks. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent related experience ( Master’s degree preferred ). Minimum of 8 years in a management capacity as a Reliability Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or Maintenance Manager / Engineer in a discrete manufacturing environment such as Life Sciences, Automotive, Energy, or Consumer Goods . Certifications preferred : Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional ( CMRP ), Certified Reliability Leader ( CRL ).

OVERVIEW :
We are looking for a bright, ambitious Senior Reliability Engineer who can mobilize the team to execute projects within a defined scope and resource requirements. As a Senior Reliability Engineer , you will be responsible for project management and quality oversight in the delivery of reliability engagements, including the development of PPM Programs for new CapEx systems and legacy installed base systems, Root Cause Analysis , and Line Performance Optimization support. Supervision of on-site efforts for standard service offerings designed to improve the operational performance and reliability of customer assets is required. You will also be responsible for leading business development activities, including service solution scoping, cost commitments, proposal documents, and resource planning for reliability services opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Senior Project Management :
- Schedule Management – Define and sequence activities, estimate resources and durations, develop and control schedules.
- Scope Management – Initiate projects, plan and define scope, manage scope changes.
- Cost Management – Resource planning, cost estimating, budgeting, cost control, and revenue recognition.
- Risk Management – Plan risk management, identify and analyze risks, implement response strategies, and monitor risks.
- Quality Management – Plan, assure, and control quality.
- Communications Management – Plan communications, distribute information, report progress and performance, and manage stakeholders.
- Develop Project Master Plans – Define execution strategies, track progress, and implement monitoring and control mechanisms.
- Client Management – Oversee client interactions and expectations for multiple or large-scale projects. Anticipate client needs and propose alternative business solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and deepen relationships.
