JOB DESCRIPTION

The Seasonal Customer Service Representative (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound / outbound calls and / or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and / or services. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative working from home, you will :

• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
• Help customers complete purchases and provide post order support
• Persuade customers tp purchase additional products and / or services
• Use product knowledge, build client relationships, and find new ways to retain customers
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and / or services, such as : smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables; Familiarity with iOS and / or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred
• Offer additional products and / or services
• Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
