Job Description

Full-Time Site Supervisor, Columbia MO

Pay : $19.33 / Hour - Weekly Pay

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 6 : 30 AM - 2 : 30 PM

Job Type : Full-Time

Responsibilities :

Check in customers and guests of the client

• Answer phone calls professionally and promptly
• Conduct routine foot patrols to ensure site security
• Review and manage daily paperwork
• Schedule employees using proprietary software
• Coach, mentor, and support team members
• Enforce company and client policies, as well as safety protocols

Requirements :

Allied Universal Services is seeking the position of a Security Site Supervisor .

The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. The Security Site Supervisor will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers and security officers. They will supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
